What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of finance reporting features including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand financial workflows and user needs
• Translate complex financial data into intuitive user experiences, journeys, and interaction flows
• Create and iterate high-fidelity prototypes validated through user testing
• Develop effective data visualizations for actionable financial insights
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to deliver cohesive solutions
• Contribute to design system evolution and facilitate workshops for alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Designer in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Expertise in dashboards, reporting tools, and complex data visualization
• Strong user-centered design principles, UX research, and iterative methodologies
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant experiences
• Full design lifecycle experience from discovery to delivery
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration
