Lead Product Owner (Data Products): Develop the long-term vision and strategy for data products in Residential domain including broadband, mobile, TV, and Protect with an accent on success metrics, roadmaps, features, and technical feasibility. Focus on leading Product Owners, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers, analyzing performance, and fostering team culture.

Location: Hybrid working in London (Osterley office), splitting time between office and home.

What you will do

• Develop long-term product vision, strategy, success metrics, and track progress through strong relationships.
• Lead Product Owners to create roadmaps, feature specifications, user stories, and compelling documentation.
• Deliver technically sound solutions, translate updates clearly, analyze market trends, competition, and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners on design, feasibility, messaging, and launch plans.
• Monitor post-launch performance, identify improvements via data analysis.
• Embed great culture, lead team through change, retain talent, and contribute to Extended Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience in product management specifically with data products.
• Experience establishing Agile ways of working, leading ceremonies, building data as a product, managing multiple products.
• High technical understanding, SME knowledge in Residential Products, hirify.global processes and data products; challenge engineers and architects.
• Proficient in Jira, defining team ways of working.
• Expert stakeholder management up to Director level, strong communication and relationships across hirify.global.
• Track record of helping others succeed, people leadership experience.
