Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (3 days a week in office)

What you will do
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from post-sale to program completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program sponsors and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales to implement account growth strategies and revenue activation plans.
- Generate data insights and monthly reports to track client progress against objectives and share successes.
- Partner with internal teams, including Product, Finance, and Tech, to align services with customer needs.
- Maintain data hygiene in project management tools and coordinate billing instructions for finance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related corporate role.
- Proven experience as a project manager within a customer success function.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and operate with ambiguity.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Location: Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
