What you will do
- Act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead the campaign delivery process, defining actionable briefs and ensuring work exceeds expectations.
- Manage day-to-day campaign financials, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
- Drive organic growth opportunities by understanding client business needs and challenges.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to internal teams, fostering a culture of support and high performance.
- Collaborate with global interdisciplinary teams to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Account Manager+ role within a media agency.
- Deep knowledge of digital media and all areas of digital marketing.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget and margin forecasting.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to project manage multiple campaigns and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be based in London to adhere to the hybrid work policy (4 days per week in office).
