What you will do

• Define and drive the global business payments product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
• Identify, design, and prioritize capabilities for cross-border payment solutions including payment rails, RTP schemes, virtual accounts, and SWIFT integration.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and requirements to launch and optimization.
• Build and enhance core capabilities like multi-currency accounts, cross-border corridors, and payment scheme integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (network, treasury, operations, commercial) and external partners (banks, payment schemes, SWIFT) for alignment and issue resolution.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, mitigate risks, and support revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in business payments, cross-border payments, or banking technology.
• Strong understanding of global payments infrastructure including SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, and emerging RTP schemes.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps and building cross-border payments capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, execution, and communication skills.
• Ability to own complex initiatives independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
