What you will do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts, creating tailored professional development plans aligned to their goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation and high engagement.
• Travel locally (40-60%) to deliver professional development, meet leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support.
• Partner with Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive IXL usage.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and plan next steps.

Requirements

• Live in Los Angeles, California and available for 40-60% local travel.
• BA/BS degree.
• Experience as K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• MUST have experience as school/district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading district/school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Analytical thinker able to interpret data and develop implementation plans; exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
