What you will do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts in Arkansas.
• Create and implement professional development plans aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel within Arkansas (40-60%) to deliver PD, meet leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support.
• Partner with sales to manage, grow relationships, and support pilots/pre-sales.
• Deliver high-quality live/virtual PD sessions and use data for decision-making.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings as educator.
• MUST have school/district administrator experience OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading district/school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Analytical thinker able to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; organized self-starter passionate about edtech.
