What you will do

• Work in cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms to build scalable solutions.
• Modernize legacy PHP systems and transition to microservices architecture using Golang and Kotlin.
• Deploy through GitLab CI/CD to AWS, collaborating with engineers, SREs, and product teams.
• Report to an Engineering Manager supporting your growth and impact within a 1,000+ tech team.

Requirements

• Must work remotely from Poland.
• Experience with Golang and/or Kotlin for backend development.
• Skills in microservices, cloud systems (AWS), and CI/CD (GitLab).
• Passion for solving technical challenges and scaling systems.
• Ability to collaborate across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets.
