What you will do

• Design and implement complex business logic in Golang autonomously.
• Optimize SQL database structures, manage indexes, and improve query performance.
• Build asynchronous service interactions using Kafka.
• Take ownership of the backend services lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and production maintenance.
• Write clean code, conduct code reviews, and implement engineering best practices according to architectural guidelines.
• Establish monitoring and alerting strategies and participate in Post-Mortem processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial backend engineering experience solving problems in high-load environments.
• 4+ years of commercial experience with Golang.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including schema design and scaling strategies (replication, partitioning, sharding).
• In-depth knowledge of Redis and its efficient use in high-load systems.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture and full observability strategies (metrics, logging, tracing).
