Founder's Associate – Enterprise Deployments (ClimateTech)

TL;DR

Founder's Associate (ClimateTech): Driving enterprise deployments and operational scaling for a carbon management platform with an accent on bridging the gap between product and industrial outcomes. Focus on building scalable delivery frameworks, managing Tier-1 client deployments, and optimizing the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) playbook.

Location: Exclusively onsite in Munich hub (Candidates must be based in Berlin or Munich)

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of Tier-1 clients, managing end-to-end deployments to ensure high-ROI outcomes for global manufacturing leaders.
• Design and implement scalable frameworks, processes, and delivery standards for the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) department.
• Act as a strategic right hand to the founders, collaborating on high-stakes priorities and bridging vision with execution.
• Translate hands-on deployment insights into technical requirements to directly influence the platform's product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, banking, or high-growth startup operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics using Python and SQL.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with engineers and C-suite executives.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Must be based in Berlin or Munich.
