What you will do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts, creating tailored professional development plans
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent rollout
• Travel to deliver live/virtual PD sessions, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support
• Analyze data to monitor progress, strategize next steps, and drive decision-making
• Partner with sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots
• Share insights to shape products and expand partnerships

Requirements

• Live in Connecticut
• BA/BS degree
• Experience as K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development
• MUST have school/district administrator experience OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences
• Experience leading instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions
• Analytical thinker able to interpret data and develop implementation plans
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple projects
