Legal Counsel (AI): Control over legal documentation, review and monitoring of contracts, NDAs, and agreements with an accent on software intellectual property management, data protection, and compliance. What you will do

• Control legal documentation generated in the company.
• Review and monitor contracts, NDAs, and agreements.
• Collaborate on transfer pricing policies and supervise tax documentation.
• Provide legislative oversight with emphasis on compliance laws.
• Support tenders, public procurement, and financing rounds documentation.
• Implement European data protection and privacy laws.
• Assist in opening new subsidiaries and assessing accreditations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Degree in Law and Business Administration.
• Experience in software intellectual property management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Collaborative, practical thinker with attention to detail, multitasking ability, and calm under pressure.
