TL;DR
Legal Counsel (Web3): Managing day-to-day legal operations and negotiating commercial agreements for a high-performance L1 blockchain with an accent on crypto-regulation and corporate law. Focus on drafting SaaS contracts, monitoring digital-asset frameworks like MiCA, and providing practical legal guidance across international jurisdictions.
Location: Remote. Preference for candidates based in Europe or Asia. Must be able to work core hours in the CET timezone.

What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor/SaaS contracts, and NDAs.
- Handle day-to-day legal questions from various business teams, providing commercially grounded answers.
- Support product and corporate legal work across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Track developments in crypto and digital-asset regulation (e.g., MiCA, Clarity Act) and create actionable guidance.
- Maintain and improve internal legal templates, playbooks, and contract-tracking processes.
- Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal input.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
- Ability to work core hours in the CET timezone (Europe preferred).
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with clear written English.
- Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and AI.
- Ability to run legal matters independently and escalate when necessary.
