Legal Counsel (Web3): Managing day-to-day legal operations and negotiating commercial agreements for a high-performance L1 blockchain with an accent on crypto-regulation and corporate law. Focus on drafting SaaS contracts, monitoring digital-asset frameworks like MiCA, and providing practical legal guidance across international jurisdictions.

Location: Remote. Preference for candidates based in Europe or Asia. Must be able to work core hours in the CET timezone.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor/SaaS contracts, and NDAs.
• Handle day-to-day legal questions from various business teams, providing commercially grounded answers.
• Support product and corporate legal work across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Track developments in crypto and digital-asset regulation (e.g., MiCA, Clarity Act) and create actionable guidance.
• Maintain and improve internal legal templates, playbooks, and contract-tracking processes.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal input.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Ability to work core hours in the CET timezone (Europe preferred).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with clear written English.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and AI.
• Ability to run legal matters independently and escalate when necessary.
