Location: San Mateo, CA headquarters office (Monday-Friday in office with option to work from home one day per week)
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + benefits

What you will do
- Develop marketing strategies with executive leadership to achieve customer acquisition goals and position Rosetta Stone as market leader
- Refine brand narrative and positioning for broad consumer appeal
- Oversee integration of marketing across channels including brand advertising, digital, product, email, social media, influencer, affiliate, PR, and SEO
- Own pricing and promotion strategies, testing and optimizing for cohesion
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and coordinate communications
- Implement localized strategies for key international markets
- Manage and mentor marketing team with opportunity to expand headcount
- Lead B2B marketing for Rosetta Stone Enterprise, focusing on messaging, lead generation, and nurture
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 12+ years consumer brand or integrated marketing experience, including leading overarching strategy
- 5+ years people management, including managing managers
- Strategic thinking to build plans aligning with company goals, values, and resources
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills
- Self-starter able to manage complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective coaching and team management
