What you will do

• Provide full corporate secretarial services, including compliance with Hong Kong laws for private limited companies.
• Coordinate statutory and regulatory compliance, assist with filings to Companies Registry.
• Maintain statutory registers and liaise with clients, advisors, and government authorities.
• Handle company incorporation, officer changes, share transfers and allotments.
• Manage annual filings, business registration renewals, director/member resolutions, and de-registration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in professional firm (CPA/Law firm); more experience considered for Senior role.
• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, Companies Ordinance, and regulatory rules.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese preferred.
