Location: Brno-Medlánky, Czech Republic; home-office work possibility.

hirify.global is an aerospace engineering company within the OHB SE technology group, developing and integrating structural, thermal, optical, payload, MGSE, and launcher subsystems for European space missions.

What you will do

  • Execute structural analysis activities, including finite element modelling, static analyses, and dynamic analyses.
  • Perform assigned structural analysis engineering work package tasks across one or more projects.
  • Support system reviews and coordinate subsystem reviews.
  • Present technical results internally and to customers.
  • Support proposal preparation and evaluate subcontractor proposals.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Good understanding of finite element analysis.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required.
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, resilience, and team spirit.
  • Willingness to learn, assume additional responsibility, and deliver training.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to quality and cost awareness.
