Manufacturing R&D Senior Engineer (m/f/d) (Injection Molding)

What you will do

• Lead and own high-complexity R&D projects, including new product development, VAVE, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Define manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Manage all phases of injection mould development, from supplier selection and mould design through validation and release to production.
• Collaborate with plant functions to identify product and process optimizations and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific field, preferably engineering or chemistry.
• Good knowledge of Czech is required.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Relevant project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Experience working in structured, multicultural, and globally operating businesses.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding and plastics.
