TL;DR

Location: New York, New York (On-site)

Salary: Base $70,000, OTE $90,000

What you will do

  • Generate sales-qualified leads through cold calls and hyper-personalized outreach emails
  • Sell hirify.global to leading US accounting firms and finance teams
  • Dive deep into the product to understand customer pains and position hirify.global as the ideal solution
  • Build meaningful relationships with accounting firms and finance teams including CFOs and Heads of Finance
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify customers and create sales opportunities

Requirements

  • 6 months - 2 years of experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing role
  • Energized to build and scale the SDR team in a startup environment
  • Coachable mindset, hungry to learn and develop SDR skills
  • Positive attitude, thrive on building rapport, pitching vision, and creating interest
  • Energetic, driven self-starter apt at engaging with people and small businesses
  • Well-organized, metrics-driven, enjoy fast-paced startup environment
