What you will do

• Review English video content and suggest adaptations for UK edition, covering spelling, grammar, terminology, and punctuation in British English.
• Ensure cultural relevance for UK students, avoiding US-centrism, and adherence to grade-level appropriateness and IXL style guide.
• Maintain pedagogical relevance per UK English teaching conventions and overall content quality/consistency.
• Answer queries on British English, UK cultural customs, and English curriculum.

Requirements

• BA/BS in relevant field with prior experience in related role.
• Impeccable knowledge of British English linguistic conventions.
• Strong understanding of UK culture, customs, and English education system (primary/secondary).
• Experience as English teacher in UK, familiarity with style guides (e.g., Chicago Manual), and UK pedagogy.
• Understanding of students’ reading/knowledge levels, strong communication, deadline management.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
