What you will do

• Manage production flow in European markets.
• Develop partnerships and communication with publishers’ production teams.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Work with Product and Technical teams on new file format integrations.
• Explore innovative process improvements and develop internal tools.
• Support Head of Content Operations in team strategy progression.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• Exceptional self-motivation to handle challenges independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and decisive action on quality discrepancies.
• Skills and experience in managing projects to successful completion.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about latest technology.
• This position is open to junior candidates. Freelance until end of March 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience with publishing tools (Acrobat, InDesign) and support tools (Jira).
