What you will do

• Own AWS and Azure services roadmap including landing zones, identity, networking, observability, backup/DR, and cost governance, aligning to business strategy and customer outcomes.
• Define and maintain prioritised backlog with epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery against Definition of Done.
• Partner with architecture, developers, security, and operations to shape solution designs, guardrails, and service standards.
• Establish product metrics and reporting on adoption, lead time, change success, and incident trends to drive improvements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, governance, workshops, and decisions on trade-offs, scope, and timelines.
• Ensure operational readiness for releases including runbooks, monitoring, access, and support processes.

Requirements

• Product Owner experience in Cloud Services (AWS & Azure).
• Core competencies in product ownership, backlog management, cloud service portfolio, and service governance.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or higher); Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
• Agile/PO certifications like CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM; ITIL 4 Foundation useful.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, landing zones, core services, security, observability, ITSM, resilience, and Agile delivery tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in product/service management and Agile.

• IaC/DevOps awareness including CI/CD concepts and automated controls.
