What you will do

• Own and communicate the platform roadmap, strategy, and modernisation initiatives including upgrades and cloud readiness.
• Oversee managed service and project delivery performance, monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and coordinating incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Prioritise the backlog, translate business demand into epics and features, and govern release planning and reusable integration patterns.
• Engage stakeholders, provide executive reporting on performance and risks, and support commercial governance.
• Drive automation, reliability, cost optimisation, and service maturity improvements with DevOps/DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in integration/platform engineering, technical delivery, or product/platform ownership
• Proven enterprise integration capabilities (APIs, messaging, file transfer, event-driven patterns)
• Experience in managed services with SLAs/KPIs, operational reporting, and continual improvement
• Strong client-facing skills, Agile/backlog management, service management (ITIL advantageous)
• Hands-on with Software AG webMethods (Integration Server, Universal Messaging, My webMethods, CAF preferred)
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, business, or project management; relevant certifications beneficial

Nice to have

• Background in consulting, large-scale transformations, or product-led environments
• Security-by-design, audit, and observability knowledge for integration services
