What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Manage and communicate the product roadmap, balancing priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Integrate accessibility principles (WCAG compliant) into the product from the outset.
• Lead stakeholders by communicating vision, gathering feedback, and aligning expectations.
• Translate roadmap into epics and initiatives, defining priorities for the development backlog.
• Conduct market/user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs/OKRs to measure and demonstrate product impact.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as Product Manager in Agile context, preferably tech/SaaS.
• Proven ability to define and communicate compelling product vision.
• Experience managing complex roadmaps and prioritization.
• Understanding of digital accessibility, WCAG guidelines, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Exceptional communication/leadership to influence without authority.
• Data-driven mindset for metrics and strategic decisions.
• Effective collaboration with developers, designers, C-level, and clients.
