What you will do

• Provide emotional and practical support to help individuals live independently.
• Work one-to-one with service users in supported living settings.

• Handle varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• Follow Late-Sleep-Early shift patterns and work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
• Commitment to empowering people and remaining calm in difficult situations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• Willingness to work onsite in Watford, Hertfordshire.
• No prior experience required, but social care experience desirable.
