Seasonal Hospitality Team Member: Providing customer service, reception duties, and housekeeping in two hostels located in the rugged Western Lakes. Focus on ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Location: Eskdale, Wasdale Hall. Having your own transport is recommended due to the locations of both hostels.

Salary: £12.71 per hour

What you will do

• Provide great customer service to all customers, members, and guests.
• Work on reception, offering insights about the hostel and the local area.
• Use systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales and service.
• Carry out housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable, clean environment for all visitors.
• Assist in the preparation of food and serving food and drinks.

Requirements

• Experience of working face to face with customers.
• Experience of working in a team.
• Excellent timekeeping, with flexibility to cover different shifts.
• Ability to manage varying pressures and prioritize conflicting duties.
• Knowledge and understanding of the core purpose of hirify.global.
• Demonstration of HEART values.
