What you will do

• Support schools and educational premises in managing health and safety.
• Act as lead auditor within schools and maintain systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assess CDM arrangements and undertake accident and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Provide professional advice to principals, headteachers, governors, and staff.
• Handle first-line approval of educational visits and liaise with relevant agencies.

Requirements

• CertIOSH membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health and NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (TechIOSH working towards Diploma may be considered).
• Experience as a health and safety professional with ability to establish credibility at senior level.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Aptitude for marketing services to clients.
• Experience in education sector advantageous.
