What you will do

• Manage, supervise, and develop staff and Lead Support Workers through supervisions, appraisals, and coaching.
• Ensure person-centred support aligned to individual plans, complete risk assessments, audits, and medication competencies.
• Oversee rotas, budgets, financial processes, records, and administrative requirements.
• Analyse incident data for improvements and chair person-centred reviews.
• Build relationships with families, professionals, and community; represent the organisation professionally.
• Participate in 2nd-level on-call rota and work flexibly including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience managing person-centred support for people with learning disabilities and autism
• Experience supporting independent living in own homes
• Strong leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
• Confident handling challenging situations with excellent interpersonal skills
• Competent IT skills and understanding of Person-Centred Approaches
• Level 5 Diploma (or commitment to achieve), full driving licence, access to vehicle, willingness for on-call and flexible hours
