What you will do

  • Design and execute internal events calendar: weekly activations, monthly celebrations, quarterly offsites, annual retreats.
  • Develop creative event concepts aligned with company culture: team-building, talent shows, wellness.
  • Collaborate with leadership, departments, and Workplace Experience team for seamless execution.
  • Manage vendors, venues, caterers, entertainment across cities; handle budgets and negotiations.
  • Lead logistics for 200+ attendee events: travel, accommodations, AV, registration, day-of coordination.
  • Partner with office coordinators in SF, NYC, London; analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years corporate event planning, managing large-scale events, offsites.
  • Project management excellence: organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail, calm under pressure.
  • Creative vision for unique experiences; budget management $10K–$500K+.
  • Vendor relationship management across markets; cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with event/project management tools.
