Atlassian Tool Administrator (Jira/Confluence): Maintain and improve the Atlassian Suite including Jira projects, Confluence pages, system administration, upgrades, and plugin management with an accent on customizing workflows, permissions, and extending capabilities via scripts and REST APIs. Focus on evaluating add-ons, leading Corporate IT projects, implementing processes, training users, and securing documentation and knowledge sharing.

Hybrid model: 3 days in the office in Budapest & 2 days from home

What you will do

• Set up and customize Jira projects including workflows, permissions, screens, and issue types for new programmes.
• Create Confluence pages for programmes and maintain existing ones.
• Perform Jira/Confluence system administration, upgrades, plugin analysis, and ensure instance health.
• Evaluate, test, implement, and lead Atlassian add-ons usage.
• Coordinate ongoing and upcoming Corporate IT projects.
• Extend Jira using scripts or REST APIs and guide/train users on Atlassian products.

Requirements

• Tertiary level education in ICT
• Experience, working knowledge, and certifications in Atlassian Products
• Understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of ITSM
• Working knowledge of Git repositories
• Experience with ScriptRunner add-on (Groovy scripts)
• Strong communication skills and customer service attitude
