What you will do

• Lead management, deployment, and optimization of Windows and Unix (Linux, AIX) servers.
• Oversee patch management, performance monitoring, incident response, and compliance.
• Drive EOL hardware migrations, server consolidation, and virtualization layer support (VMware, Nutanix, HyperV).
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Mentor L2 analysts, organize on-call rota, and collaborate with app/network/storage teams.
• Handle documentation, CMDB, audits, vendor relations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Warsaw
• Advanced Windows, Linux, AIX server management including CIS hardening and patching.
• Virtualization expertise (VMware, Nutanix, HyperV) with clustering and HA.
• Active Directory, GPO, Linux/AIX identity (SSSD, PAM, Kerberos), SSH management.
• Performance analysis (perfmon, IOPS), TLS/PKI, backup/recovery, EDR, EOL migrations.
• Strong documentation, CMDB, and mentoring skills.
