What you will do

  • Build and own multi-brand strategy, defining positioning, personality, tone of voice, and guidelines.
  • Lead insight and market research to shape long-term brand direction.
  • Oversee integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, social, and partnerships.
  • Manage creative agencies for strategic direction and high-quality execution.
  • Lead ATL media planning, buying, and optimization with media agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across customer touchpoints, including product and CRM.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, UX, product, and data teams.
  • Build frameworks to measure brand awareness, consideration, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in brand marketing, ideally high-growth B2C, gaming, sports, entertainment, or regulated industry
  • Proven track record building and scaling brands
  • Hands-on experience planning and buying media (VOD, OOH, radio, influencer)
  • Experience developing and delivering integrated ATL + digital campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking for brand positioning, storytelling, and guidelines
  • Experience managing creative, media, and production agencies
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel brand building and performance marketing
  • Ability to craft narratives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Creative eye for brand, design, tone, and execution
