Location: Manchester, United Kingdom (hybrid, around 4 days a week in office). Must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do
- Support Account Directors in delivering integrated planning and activation, preparing implementational responses, and maintaining client/partner relationships.
- Translate high-level media strategies into detailed tactical plans and roadmaps across all channels, aligned with brand/performance goals and OASIS framework.
- Contribute to cross-channel optimisation, implement measurement and media testing frameworks, analyse performance data, and coordinate PCA insights.
- Implement and test new tools/technologies like AI-driven optimisation using WPP Open and Open Intelligence.
- Collaborate with Comms Planners, Strategists, and activation specialists for unified execution within WPP Open ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media planning, digital activation, or implementational planning for complex client accounts.
- Solid understanding of cross-channel planning (digital, audio, VOD, AV), data analysis, media testing, and client support.
- Knowledge of full media landscape, core buying platforms, planning/optimisation tools including WPP Open.
- Strong analytical skills for performance optimisation and awareness of AI-driven tools.
- Collaborative mindset, proactive problem-solving, and ability to contribute to presentations.
