What you will do

• Stabilize and optimize optical production processes
• Monitor and control standard process parameters during production
• Transfer manual cleaning process to automated cleaning
• Supervise and coordinate all cleaning processes throughout optics and coating production chain

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Degree in engineering or natural sciences with relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of optical measurement technology and optical manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of complex technical processes and interrelationships
• Experience in Six Sigma project work
• High level of communication skills and strong team orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
