What you will do

• Coordinate technical, quality, and production leadership for assigned teams to meet goals.
• Direct production team activities and participate in cell/team tasks.
• Work with planning to ensure schedule attainment and implement production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair units/components, adhering to QMS.
• Provide feedback on team performance and enforce workmanship expectations.
• Assist manufacturing engineers, quality, and operational excellence teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of electronics assembly experience in manufacturing
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in related discipline
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to troubleshoot non-conforming products and determine root cause
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• Experience in ISO9001, 14001, 13485 or FDA QSR compliant environment (asset)
