What you will do

• Build and improve automation processes based on Airtable
• Integrate AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) into workflows for content generation, decision-making, and process optimization
• Design and implement new features and automations
• Debug and improve existing automations and workflows
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, ask clarifying questions, and propose structured approaches
• Prototype and develop solutions using AI tools
• Document processes and product logic (Confluence or similar)
• Support users in Slack with basic questions, setup help, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• English level: B1+
• Basic programming skills (any language)
• Strong logical and structured thinking
• Interest in AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Understanding of how APIs / integrations work (basic level)
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable / Zapier / Make / no-code tools
• Previous experience in automation or internal tools
• Understanding of marketing processes
