What you will do

• Support the design, testing, and maintenance of AI and automation solutions used to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP).
• Create and optimize workflow automations using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier.
• Build and test LLM prompts for tasks such as document parsing, data mapping, and configuration generation.
• Prepare, clean, and structure data for use in automation workflows and AI tools.
• Maintain internal documentation, workflows, and code repositories to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and business analysts to gather requirements and validate outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical, data, or process automation role (internships and personal projects included).
• Exposure to workflow automation tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools or LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Must be based in Egypt.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or fintech systems.
• Experience using AI tools for task automation or document summarization.
• Understanding of prompt engineering basics.
• Exposure to agile or project-based work environments.
• Some exposure to Python, JavaScript, .net or scripting.
