TL;DR
Business Development Manager (Life Science/Medical): Achievement of sales targets, design wins, and revenue growth for photonic products in North America with an accent on strategic account management and customer relationships. Focus on pipeline development, negotiations, channel partner management, and market trend monitoring.
Location: Fully remote (Must be a US Person; no sponsorship offered). North America focus; travel more than 50% required.

What you will do
- Grow sales territory and accounts to meet revenue, bookings, and design-win targets.
- Manage strategic accounts, develop growth plans, and build relationships from working to senior levels.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and contribute to contractual agreements.
- Build and manage prospect pipeline, generate leads, and qualify opportunities.
- Drive channel partner activity and performance in the territory.
- Deliver sales presentations, monitor market trends, and support core business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences desirable.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably OEM, with several years of experience.
- Must be a US Person; no sponsorship offered.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel more than 50% as required.
- Compliance with Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
