What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of global operations projects and strategic initiatives across functions and regions.
• Establish project governance, methodologies, standards, and monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional transformation, operational improvements, business growth, and post-acquisition integrations.
• Build and lead the PMO with tools, templates, training, and standardized reporting for transparency.
• Provide updates to senior leadership, facilitate governance forums, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related; MBA or advanced degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–15+ years in project/program management; experience with large-scale cross-functional initiatives and integrations.
• Proven track record in complex transformation projects; industrial, manufacturing, photonics, or high-tech experience preferred.
• Strong project management expertise, execution discipline, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be US Person due to ITAR; no sponsorship.
