What you will do

• Architect and maintain Python applications using OOP, enterprise design patterns, FastAPI/Flask for RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Process data with Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, PySpark; implement AWS solutions using Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis.
• Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow, Prefect, or Step Functions; build real-time and batch systems with serverless/event-driven patterns.
• Manage deployments via CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform; orchestrate with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes; set up CI/CD, automated testing, data validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development, 4+ years production Python (including async programming).
• 3+ years hands-on with data-centric AWS services.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and modern data architecture principles.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and project managers.
