An AI innovation engine building the first AI-native Healthcare Revenue Operating System to automate medical coding and billing for the largest U.S. health systems.

What you will do

  • Own the data foundations, including backend schemas and APIs that power both the AI engine and the user-facing application.
  • Develop reliable systems for ingesting, transforming, and serving large-scale healthcare data.
  • Architect and build microservices and ETL pipelines using Python, Go, or Java.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Orchestrate streaming data flows and complex workflows with Spark, Airflow, or Kafka.
  • Implement observability and reliability practices to detect drift, latency, and data quality issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City or be able to work from the SoHo office at least 3 days per week.
  • Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with high-throughput data pipelines.
  • Experience building data backends for production-grade ML systems or user-facing SaaS applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with infrastructure tools including Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7.
