What you will do

• Lead feature development from initial design through to final delivery.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define requirements during discovery and planning.
• Expand the web-based enterprise health platform using Python and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements on time.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for team products.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemy.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including CTEs, window functions, and stored procedures.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS and Terraform.
• Expertise with Git and experience working in a mono-repo.
• Must be based in the US (Remote) or local to the NYC area (Hybrid).

• Previous experience working with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM).
