What you will do

• Own and execute wholesale strategy across Switzerland, including onboarding new partners
• Develop relationships with key accounts and lead commercial negotiations
• Define seasonal strategies, manage sell-in meetings, and plan assortments with Marketing
• Build forecasts, monitor performance, and drive sell-through optimization
• Manage seasonal orderbook, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure execution
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Executive

Requirements

• Solid experience in wholesale, sales, or key account management in fashion/lifestyle
• Strong understanding of Swiss retail landscape
• Experience building long-term partnerships
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical approach
• Confident in cross-functional work in international setup
• Fluent in English and German (French/Italian a plus)
