Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Work with business units to translate company-level goals into functional objectives and measurable deliverables
• Design metrics and systems for calculating, tracking, and reporting
• Analyze results and suggest improvements
• Deep dive into business areas to become subject matter expert
• Help teams create operating cadence and resolve execution friction
• Support executive leadership with prep, analysis, and follow-through
• Drive accountability without direct authority

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in high-execution role (operations, strategy, program management, consulting)
• Exceptional cross-functional coordination and executive communication
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Comfortable pushing senior leaders
• Excellent written and verbal clarity
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete data
• Ability/willingness to travel between offices (LA/SF/DC) up to once a month

• Background in hardware, defense, aerospace, infrastructure, or complex tech environments
