What you will do

• Apply industrial engineering methods to support operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain analytical models for labor planning and staffing optimization.
• Conduct on-site observational studies to evaluate guest flow and workforce performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel to track KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in a live environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of relevant analytical or operational experience, including internships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data querying tools like SQL or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with workforce management, labor planning, or forecasting.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
