Salary: £27,000 OTE: £35,000 - Uncapped Commission

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to prospective UK businesses (avg. 300/day) to create interest in comparison services.
• Build rapport, uncover needs, and qualify opportunities for transfer to Sales Consultants.
• Deliver excellent customer service while nurturing a personal pipeline of contacts.
• Drive lead generation through persistent, resilient outbound efforts.

Requirements

• Must be able to work hybrid in Bolton/Lancashire office (3 days/week).

• Confident communicator eager to learn, motivated by targets and relationship-building.
• Ability to overcome challenges and thrive in high-volume cold calling.
• No prior outbound experience required - right attitude is key.
