What you will do

• Design and build cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions for client business challenges
• Implement and optimize RAG systems and deploy ML/LLM solutions to production
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders as trusted technical advisor and support presales activities
• Own technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery
• Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs
• Build ETL/ELT workflows, implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, lead reviews, and mentor engineers

Requirements

• B2+ English for collaborating across distributed multicultural teams
• Available to work remotely from Armenia, Poland, Ukraine, or Serbia
• 7+ years building and running production systems with hands-on LLM/agentic AI experience
• Python: OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask)
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), RAG systems, LLM evaluation, model deployment
• AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3 etc.), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines
• Full-stack mindset across AI, backend, cloud; presales, client engagement, architecture decisions

Nice to have

• AWS and Claude Code certifications
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Additional languages (Go, Node.js, Rust)
