What you will do

• Produce visually compelling assets across presentations, marketing materials, video/VFX, display ads, social content, and CRM materials using solid grid systems.
• Ensure perfect alignment, refined typography, and consistent on-brand aesthetics in all designs.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Perform QC reviews for pixel-perfect accuracy and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative leads, and developers from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team process improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in fast-paced production or graphic design with portfolio of high-volume layout work, refined typography, and grid systems.
• Exceptional design taste and obsessive attention to detail for clean, aligned visuals.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and industry tools.
• Experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with efficient layouts.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and ability to deliver flawless work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

• Strong print production experience for high-volume projects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
