What you will do

• Lead strategic evolution of brand identity and champion design excellence.
• Build and refine scalable visual systems and comprehensive design guidelines.
• Design high-converting materials for digital channels including paid social, web, email, and video, informed by data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, presenting concepts and ensuring brand consistency.
• Experiment with AI tools and new workflows to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years as brand or visual designer in agency, studio, or in-house, working on B2C/B2B campaigns, web, and marketing design.
• Experience designing brand systems extending to motion and web.
• High competency in Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, MidJourney, Nano Banana.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment with strong communication and high EQ.
• US-based; self-motivated with urgency and accountability.

Nice to have

• Illustration and animation skills.
• Proficient in Asana.
• Experience with Spline, Relume, DALL·E 3, Unicorn Studio.
