What you will do

• Produce visually compelling assets across presentations, marketing materials, video/VFX, display ads, social content, and CRM with solid grid systems and refined typography.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Conduct QC reviews for pixel-perfect accuracy, brand consistency, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative leads, and developers from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior designers on layout, production, and technical skills.
• Stay current with industry trends to improve team processes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in fast-paced production or graphic design with portfolio of high-volume layout work, typography, and grid systems.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and industry tools.
• Experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with efficient layouts.
• Obsessive attention to detail, brand consistency, and delivery under tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Strong print production experience for high-volume projects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
