What you will do

• Produce high-volume visually compelling assets across presentations, marketing materials, video/VFX, display ads, social content, and CRM materials.
• Build designs on solid grid systems with perfect alignment, refined typography, and clean on-brand aesthetic.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Conduct thorough QC reviews for pixel-perfect accuracy and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative leads, and developers from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior designers on layout, production, and technical skills.
• Stay current with industry trends and contribute to team improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in fast-paced production or graphic design with portfolio of high-volume layout work, refined typography, and grid-based systems.
• Exceptional design taste and obsessive attention to detail for clean, aligned visuals.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and industry tools.
• Experience designing for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with efficient layouts.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

• Strong print production experience for high-volume projects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
